"The best serloin stake in the country. Exceptional menue. Exceptional food. Great service. Have enjoyed Jack's for years." - Mike S

"Four of us ate there for first time today, and almost everything except the fresh fruit and coffee were just shy of absolutely dreadful. The Russian coffee cake was a soggy mess and tasted uncooked. The blueberry crepes were like glue....I should have sent them back. Oh, I forgot the french fries...they were good. As for the rest, a big thumb's down. And expensive to boot." - sh

"I eat here often and have never found anything on their extensive menu that I haven't liked. The steak and eggs will change your life." - BB

"We've eaten at Jack's since 1983. The menu is extensive. Portions are large, prices are average. (cheap compared to most other Westlake Village/T.O. restaurants.) Their homemade potato chips and ranch dip are worth falling off your diet for. (just work out at the gym 30 more min) Jack's is a local institution and I hope long-time locals keep coming, because it would be a shame to lose a place like Jack's. We've got too many mega-chain eateries in town, with apparently more coming. We've lost a few old-time local places over the years (like Oak Tree West).Jack's is a good place to bring family, friends & kids. " - RH

"The best Steak in America !!!!" - KC

"Jacks is a long time favorite of ours. Its a deli, with typical deli offerings. The food is fresh, and you get plenty of it. The service is generally good. You may feel a bit neglected at busy times, the servers run ragged. Prices are fair and you will definitely not leave hungry. The bar area is nice, too." - KS

"I enjoyed the food! Went for lunch and had the Healthy Turkey sandwich; potato salad was quite good. Extensive menu--breakfast, snacks, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, etc. Will definitely go back." - CK

"The portions of fresh food were incredible! I could not eat everthing on my plate. But our friendly server, Amy, took care of our left overs. Compared to the home town deli's I've know in the east....Jack's kicks butt. The freshest food and the largest portions I've had in America so far. Thanks Vic! " - ghs

"Another deli that has slipped in service and food quality. Expect a Denny's meal while the bar's television blasts sports gab and commercials at you." - jbb

"I have been going to Jacks for about 25 years now and the quality and service always seem to stay the same. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable, perfect for breakfast or any other meal of the day. They serve great hearty meals for the health concious to the not so health concious. I will be eating at Jacks probably for another 25 years if they don't go out of business before that." - AN
