REVIEWS "This place has consistently terrible service. We returned several times because the food is fairly decent and it's in the neighborhood. We've often had to chase down a waiter for drinks and have waited more than 40 minutes for our food to come. The waiters seem to be no more than kitchen help and seem to have absolutely no training. The last time my husband and I were there they absolutely refused to give us a minor request even after we had offered to pay extra. This request has never been denied at other Italian restaruants. They also have a pretty unique pizza called Pizza Florentine. It consists of a blend of cheeses and lots of spinach.
