"Ho Hum. The teenagers liked it (no doubt because of the movie of the same name) but for me the 90 minute (yes, one and a half hour) wait on the street to get in was a little long for the honor of buying a $17.00 shake. The luckest man in the world is the guy who has the antique shop next door to this tourist fly-paper of a restaurant." - tw posted Friday, June 11, 2004
"This was hands down my worst restaurant experience in 6 years of living in New York. It took 30 minutes to have our orders taken,it took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. When the waitstaff did appear they were rude. My meal of steamed fish and veggies smelled like the Seaport on a bad day. My dessert was highly forgettable. It was so loud, I thought I was back at my highschool cafeteria! I've had far superior dining experiences at McDonald's. My advice, unless you want 2 1/2 hours of pure frustration...go elsewhere." - JC posted Wednesday, May 5, 2004
"Had to try the Frozen Hot Chocolate. Fabulous, kinda expensive, but isn't in the Big Apple" - er posted Wednesday, February 18, 2004
"This was a fantastic restaurant. I was really impressed with the service as well as the food. We went maily becuase of the movie, Serendipity, and we enjoyed the experience to the fullest. We reccomend this to everyone who visits New York. Just be sure to call ahead for a reservation 1st thing in the morning or plan on waiting for sometime. Ask for a table upstairs, it gives you the full movie effect - that is if you have seen it! " - kdp posted Tuesday, March 11, 2003
