"Etta's is not owned by Christine Keff (owner of Flying Fish), but Tom Douglas, owner of Palace Kitchen & the Dahlia Lounge. Ms. Keff owns Flying Fish and Fandango. Both Mr. Douglas and Ms. Keff are two of the finest chefs that Seattle has to offer." - JC

"Ettas and Flying Fish are owned by the same person. Ettas is located across the street from the Farmers Market at the bottom of Pike Street (Pike's Market). The menu is fairly small, but everything on it is absolutely incredible. I always have a hard time deciding what to get, but I usually end up getting the Salmon or the Halibut." - JT
