"The best place to take a first date. Staff treats you like your the owners son. Excellent sushi and Jen is the reason I always return. Get the sushi master back. " - EDH

"I love the sushi here (try the Albacore Dream Roll!) but the service is terrible. We called one night and they said they were open until 10, but didn't tell us that the sushi bar closed earlier than the restaurant. They reluctantly seated us five minutes before the sushi bar closed, then demanded we order all our sushi up front (we like to order a few at a time and then a second and possibly third round). Other times we've been there we haven't had the best experiences with the staff, but the sushi chefs are great. " - LAG

"When you're craving sushi and Japanese food, this is the place. I've been to their Naples, Long Beach location as well. They have a "Premium Sushi" list with specially selected fish direct from Japan. I also like many of their house special rolls like the Albacore Dream, Crunchy Shrimp Roll and Naples Roll. The lunch specials and early-bird dinners are incredible deals." - KS

"When I think of this place, my mouth waters. They have really great japanese food and the sushi is excellent. I love their Salmon skin and spicy tuna hand roll. Also worth trying is their tempura (which is light and crunchy and not too greasy) and their soft shell crab. Atmosphere is nice but the service could be improved on." - AN

"Sushi is pretty crappy. Spend your money elsewhere." - pc

"Terrible sushi. They don't even know how to make a simple tuna roll- hint: it shouldn't be inside out like a California roll. There are hundred of better sushi bars throughout L.A.- stay away from this one." - NK

"We LOVE this restaurant. Wait staff is very good and the food is fabulous! When Japanese friends from Japan love the food you know it's good!" - ktm

"This is my favorite place for sushi at lunchtime. The sushi rolls are my favorite. They make California rolls with 4 different types of crab (substitute crab to real crab). The new re-model makes the place light & airy, less stuffy. Its usually so crowded that I have yet to be seated at a window booth." - jw

"Reasonably priced lunches, okay food, but wait staff very poor. (Visited with a large group, they got an order wrong, and then proceeded to add in an enforced gratuity so we couldn't appropriately tip for the bad service). Definitely avoid if you're in a group." - BK
