The staff has always been attentive, polite and friendly. We've never had a bad meal here. The menu is very extensive. The portions are huge and we usually take leftovers home. My favorite thing to do for lunch is order an appetizer and maybe a side-salad instead of an entree. (the asian-style chicken lettuce-wraps are my favorite! and they're full of veggies, so healthy too.) Even the appetizers are so big you can share them and still get full. The cheesecakes are very rich and the variety is mind-boggling. Some huge chain-restaurants don't live up to the hype. But this one does, and then-some. There are no reservations BUT if you are willing to wait the food is great. Service is generally good. I like the Salmon Salad & the hot fudge sundae. Prices are a little high but the protions are huge. Always have taken food home for later. Worth the wait the first time.
