"My friends and I all love Cinzetti's. A lot of celebrations are planned there. The food is excellent and so is the service. The Tuscan Roast Chicken is a favorite." - VBM posted Monday, September 20, 2004
"So good that I would consider them a model concept for the DFW area. Third time there and loved it. Service was above average and I'm in the biz." - jms posted Tuesday, July 6, 2004
"I'm surprised by the negative comments by some reviewers. I've been to Cinzetti's a number of times and thoroughly enjoyed it. It has even become a spot we take visitors to Denver and they all have raved about it. My favorite is the weekend brunch. Great selection of breakfast items, some made to order, while still offering at least half of the regular dishes. I'll definitely be back" - mm posted Tuesday, June 1, 2004
"Saturday, May 29th, 2004My husband and I read the reviews before going to an early dinner at Cinzetti's today. Fortunately, our experience was one of the more positive ones! We're both extremely salt-sensitive (palate-wise), and were relieved to find nothing too salty. We both had the Chicken Marsala (chicken breast with a wine and mushroom sauce), which was very good... he had Meat Loaf Madeira (lots of garlic!)... I had the Eggplant Parmigiana - cooked perfectly, but could have used a little more mozzarella...various pasta dishes (again, none too salty). My one suggestion with the pasta would be for them to serve it separately - and then add the sauce of your choice. The cooked veggies were very good...and the Bruschetta was excellent.I ordered a Cafe Latte and he ordered a Tea - we were impressed that they arrived steaming hot.Didn't try any of the salads (we were getting full)...skipped straight to the desserts! Everything we sampled was excellent. We tried the Tiramisu, mini Fruit Tarts (with blueberries, strawberries and kiwi), Creme Brulee (extra Yum!), Bread Pudding (I didn't try it but he said it was "wonderful"), and a Crepe with fresh UNsweetened strawberries and whipped cream (not too sweet - just perfect!)And our waiter - Dane - was very attentive and professional from start to finish! We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience!J & P J (New Mexico)" - posted Saturday, May 29, 2004
"Where's the meat? I've had better food in my shool's lunch line. If you can make a huge vat of something for less than $5, you'll find it at this place! As with most all you can eat joints, it's quantity over quality! The mob should take this chain out." - lv posted Sunday, December 14, 2003
"My family and I went to Cinzetti's for the first time on a Saturday during brunch. The prices were excellent, as was the food, not to mention the ambiance. The service was great, and the mood was further set by the Mario Lanza and Frank Sinatra songs that were playing softly in the background. I'm very sensitive to salty foods, and found none of the items I ate to be salty in the least. I particularly enjoyed the pasta and dessert bar. The cannoli's and Spumoni were delicious. We're going again next week, even though we live 60 miles away! Denver needs more unique places like Cinzetti's, rather than the same trendy rubbish that Denverites are getting so used to. This was truly a pleasurable dining experience. The best time I've had eating out in Denver in years, or Colorado for that matter." - DMV posted Monday, March 18, 2002
"This place is incredible! The food never seems to stop. Cinzetti's has a great atmosphere and incredible food. Those who did not enjoy it would probably be better off at the packed, $4.95 all-you-can buffets that fry everything." - TC posted Sunday, March 3, 2002
"The atmosphere and the buffet set up is casual and has a nice flow about the dining room. The food however was a disappointment to say the least. Most food items were over salted - especially pasta items. Texture of food and temperature were mostly fine but it was way too salty. Some items such as honey glazed carrots were boiling on the skillet and so it had a leathery texture and the concentrated honey allowed no room for carrots natural flavor. Pizzas were...good. There were several varieties and were often refreshed. Some of the pasta dishes appeared to have dried up a bit sitting too long under the heat lamp, but most dishes looked appetizing. Again, way too salty! The pasta was over salted during cooking...could NOT taste the pasta and the sauce too was way too salty. Very disappointing! They did offer nice varieties of pasta dishes...only if that same chef would LAY OFF the tasting!! Overall, presentation, variety, temperature, and rotation are good...taste however, I wouldn't know...too salty! Dessert section was okay. Chocolate mousse was nicely presented...most items were tasty. Real scoops of Ice cream...very good! For an Italian Rest, I was disappointed that they did not have tiramisu...maybe I just missed it! Oh, and the bread selection was very minimal...surprisingly. I think it's worth the $11.95 wkdy/ adult...maybe if you are lucky that salt craving chef will have the day off! :) Overall, one should try it...it's worth the bucks...don't have too big of an expection, this way you will be plesantly surprised! Enjoy! " - sjj posted Thursday, November 1, 2001
"Our server was very friendly and attentive on a busy Saturday evening! All you can eat for $15 (adults) $5 (children 8-12) and $4 (children 3-7) were a bargain considering the plethora of choices. It appears that everything is made fresh behind every buffet counter by very talented chefs - you can watch it go from pan to a serving dish on a hot plate! The pizza, house salad, Tuscan chicken and calamari were the favorites of my family. It would be easy to eat $15 worth of the desserts alone! If a quiet, intimate dinner is what you're after, choose another restaurant. If you have children or don't mind noise and crowds, and love to eat, this is a great choice!" - LAT posted Saturday, October 20, 2001
"Service was poor. Food was very salty and overpriced. (But I did enjoy the desserts.) Overall opinion: Disappointed with the experience" - AKG posted Tuesday, June 26, 2001
"I love this place! I ate there on a business meeting, and I have told everyone I know.. I LOVE the food.. the atmosphere.. the service.. etc..The thing I really REALLY like are the canoli's... ALL the deserts are excelent.. A little pricy on the weekends for supper.. but not bad for the quality." - TJM posted Sunday, June 10, 2001

"I thought service was good, food was delicious, and a good value for your dollar." - gs posted Saturday, October 7, 2000
"Very overpriced. Sevice was rude and drinks took forever. Counters and floors were dirty. They always seemed to be out of food. Not good for a buffet. I will not go back!" - SW posted Tuesday, September 12, 2000
