"The atmosphere was "Old West Frontier" and the singing sheriff made us feel welcomed with a feel tales of his career. The food was excellent, well served by an attentive staff. Will be back with my girlfriend from Cordova,Tennessee " - ncl posted Friday, June 3, 2005
"Went there and the service was terrible. Unfriendly and sarcastic..not to mention SLOW. Food was horrible and over-priced. Half of us became sick during the night. Would not recommend" - rkp posted Monday, April 11, 2005
"Difficult to judge, as my date and I both got our prime ribs cooked well done when we had asked for medium rare. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she argued with us about what we had ordered. Very bad service overall; wrote letter to management and never got a response. Incidentally, we went to Ruby River next, and had one of the best experiences ever." - alg posted Sunday, April 11, 2004
"Great steaks and the best rolls I've ever tasted in SLC. My recommendation is the cajun marinated rib-eye. Absolutely awesome! Would definitely go back again (if it wasn't such a boring city!)." - donny osmo posted Wednesday, April 4, 2001
"One of the best experience that I have had at a steakhouse. After finding The Old Sslt City Jail, Its located on the "S' Curve going east on 4th south. The atmosphere was great especially the singing sheriff. The food was cooked to order and timely( I ordered the prime rib xl Med rare.) and the service was outstanding. If you are tired of those chain restaurants and want something with a little substance you need to try this hidden Salt Lake treasure." - uf posted Wednesday, January 10, 2001
"Would like people to comment on this old-new restaurant. And get some honest feed back." - oac posted Monday, October 30, 2000
