The burger and the wonderful BBQ sauce remain the same, as does the building and the ambience.I have even bought a bottle of the sauce, but it tastes best at Hutch's. The new management has improved the staff and service was excellent. I went for the barbeque and my wife wanted their Jerk Chicken- it was as great as I remembered it. (We've been going there for the last 20 years and seen all their ups and downs.) I got extra Barbegue sauce its so good. My wife loved the Jerk Chicken, She asked to have it extra spicy and got it just as she wanted. Our daughter went a week ago and had the Shrimp Creole- it was very authentic. We were both served by Michelle (very thoughtful and funny) she remembered little things but wasn't overbearing. We'll ask for her from now on. It looked like there were regulars as some were greeted as they came in. The BBQ ribs did not taste like they were smoked and the side dishes were not too appealing.
