"Every time I have a visitor from Europe, lunch at Julienne's is a must and every time a great success." - usc posted Thursday, March 31, 2005
"When the L.A. Times wrote about this place - and their homemade "pot-pies" - I had to give it a try. And I tell you it is the very best!!!! My family absolutely makes me go shopping there in their "take-out section" to bring them home. All of their other dishes as superb!! I would recommend this restaurant to the most discrimitive tastes!! Time after time - it truly is a real winner!!!!" - jb posted Monday, June 11, 2001
"This is a small place easily overlooked on Mission Street in San Marino between Los Robles and El Molino. Great for intimate lunches, tables indoors and out. They are famous for their rosemary raisin bread, which they serve as a side with most of their dishes, or you can have it if you order a sandwich. Really good salads and sandwiches -- one of my favorites is tarragon chicken with apples and walnuts, etc. One of my friends had a "main" dish as opposed to a salad or sandwich, and was not too excited about it. Yummy desserts and the usual foamy coffee drinks. They also have an area where you can just run in and grab pre-packed salads and sandwiches. Parking is sometimes a challenge if their lot is full (behind the cafe, off of the alley). I've been eating at this place for many years (more than 10?) and I've never had a bad experience." - cn posted Wednesday, February 7, 2001
