"When I was sick at home with my also ill baby, I ordered dinner to be delivered so when my husband came home we could eat something good. Well, 45 mins. went by, 1 hr., 2 hrs., nothing. I kept calling them back to find out what had happened & all I got from the man at Farfalla was, the driver's on his way. I got @^%$# & told them to cancel my order. I get a call from the driver - 2hr.30 mins. after I had placed the order - saying he was right around the "neighborhood" now (we live about 10 mins. from the restaurant) & not to cancel our order. I still did, hung up on him. The driver called me back only to start cussing me out!!!! We used to eat at Farfalla every few wks. but we are NEVER going back there nor to any of the other Farfalla's in L.A. Incredible!!" - HL

"I was a die hard fan of the Farfalla on Hillhurst and loved the welcoming atmosphere and the staff as much as I loved its food. The food in Pasadena does not compare to the original restaurant on Hillhurst, and the staff is snooty. Maybe the problem was that I had a 1 year old baby and I had asked graciously to be seated in the back so as not to bother the other patrons. I was made to feel like a second class citizen." - RIC
