"Just another "shi-shi" franchised restaurant. They have way too many items to choose from, trying to be a "jack of all trades". They need to cut it down and just try to make their specialties (What are their specialties in terms of entrees????), which is JUST CHEESECAKE! Don't believe the hype!" - JED

"I LOVE THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY!!!!! especially it's garlic roasted chiken with mash potatoes. It's really tasty. Thier service is great. The only complaint I have is the long line you have to wait in to get on the waitng list, although it's only that long on weekends. SO i suggest to go on a weekday." - al

"Awesome Cheesecake, Great Environment and service, Good to bring chick with, Okay Food (Chicken Jamabalya was too dry, Shrimp Scampi was too tasteless), and a so-so price. They all add up to a big dissapointment. But the cheese cake and atmosphere alone are good enough to get you laid." - acl

"As far as I am concerned, the meatloaf plate is big enough for two and is very delicious. Service is hit and miss, I agree but I can't seem to stay away. Overpricing a problem? Share the meal so the leftovers don't get thrown away or end up in the back of the fridge for days! TD" - td

"The food is ok, but what ticks me off is that the host/hostess tells you the wait is about 30 mins--when in reality it takes an hour or more--not worth the wait...I usually leave if they have not called me within half an hour. There are plenty of other restaurants in Old Town to dine at without the long wait, crowds, and sometimes rude service." - gp

"Hit and Miss. Didn't like the meatloaf, loved the avocado spring rolls, didn't like the popcorn shrimp, loved the chinese chicken salad, etc. A bit pricey, very noisy, a long wait to be seated, but it's still on my list of Pasadena eateries. Ironically, the cheesecakes are a bit heavy for my taste!" - ez
