Besides having outstanding food (my Indian friends at Caltech say it's the best they've had in the states), the management is extremely friendly. I highly recommend the lunch buffet as well. It's the same great food you get at dinner, all you can eat, less expensive, changes frequently (daily, I think), and has good variety on any given day. "Upscale atmosphere in an upscale area on Lake, Radhika's offers very friendly service and good Indian cuisine. The food is as good as the best Indian restaurants in London. If you want something hot and spicy, this is one of the few places where you get what you ask for. If you never had indian food before, this is the best place to start. The friendly staff is very helpful explaining the menu. Radhika's does not compete with loud music or the best location, go here for the excellent food, friendly service and reasonable prices.
