"Expensive, pretentious, and poor service. A New York City restaurant with "an attitude." After spending this amount of money the customer should at least feel welcomed and not an inconvenience to a pushy hostess and inattentive waiter. Plush Red Leather upholstery preview the large but tasteless steaks. Items listed on menu such as "Free Range Chicken" and "Wood Hen," typify the pseudo-chic aura of this Upper West Side over-hyped cafe. The "Special" is special only in being the most expensive item in the restaurant, so beware when you get the sales pitch. Where did the chef train anyway, Bosco's Truck Stop?
