"Service from one waiter was exceptionally bad. The name on the check was Jack (asian man) and he never came back except to pick up the bill. He became friendly only after checking the tip. The other servers were fast and friendly. Entrees and dessert were very good. " - cs

"After hearing so many good things about Cafe Bizou, we were surprised to find that our entrees were only mediocre, the vegetables a limp afterthought, and our whole meals had been sitting under a warmer long enough to get dry on top. But when you think about it, Cafe Bizou's #1 ranking in the Zagat guide only means it's the most popular- NOT that it has the best food/ambience/service. It has a lot going for it - fairly good food for lower prices, not to mention a low corkage fee - all of which makes it more accessible and thus more popular. Just keep in mind the lesson everyone (at least should have) learned in high school: popular doesn't mean best." - RU
