I am now neighbors with Akio himself and visit him frequently. He makes the same thing in his restaurant as he does in his house so you know its only the best. Kids get a wrapped "gift" from Akio when they present sushi chef with colored/decorated paper placemats. Make sure kids ask for "child" chopstick set.
