"I loved the atmosphere small romantic wonderful fo a man of any age to take a lunch date. The waiter Dominique is very nice and very French (accent makes it hard to understand). Ambience and food is delightful. Tip for the young guys, go here for lunch and Le Rendezvous for dinner, gets the girl every time." - RJC

"I think this is the best restaurant in the area. The calamari appetizer is the best I've had and the duck was excellent. Le Rendevous is very good too, but Cafe Provencal is a little bit better." - CJM

"Simply delightful. My wife, son and I often visit this fine place. The food is delicious but pricey, but we are never disapointed." - BL

"Location in a non-descript mall can be off-putting to a first time patron, b once inside it's delightful. The wine list is French (Provencal) influenced (go figure) and the menu is loaded with great choices, all good. The restaurant enjoys holidays and special nights for unusual restaurant fare, such as Cassoulet, Choucroute and a REL Bouillabaisse. Prices are somewhat high for the "neighborhood" location but the place has been around 6 years and is always busy." - WWT

"This has become one of our favorite restaurants. The food is very good. It has a wonderful fixed price meal special on Wed. and Thurs. which includes wines with each course (and they refill the wine glass as needed!). Pleasant staff. Courses are served at a slow, European-style pace, so be aware if you want courses served immediately after you put down the fork from the last course. " - nr

"My husband and I went to Cafe Provencal for the first time recently. I ordered the trout stuffed with salmon mousse and served with a lobster sauce. My husband had the Beef Wellington stuffed with a mushroom/blue cheese pate. We both enjoyed our meals and felt the prices were relatively fair. The menu offered traditional French dishes as well as some lighter fare. Nice ambience inside the restaurant. Plan to go back for monthly Bouillabaisse night. Review: June 2002." - CK

"The place is tiny and charming, and the owners are very sweet and very French. The food is fresh, well-prepared and pretty to look at, too. This would be a great spot for a romantic dinner." - sed

"Staff is very friendly. Food was good when the place opened. Now "chefs" are no longer hired. Food has gone downhill. I and others that I know have had bathroom problems after eating there. We miss the old Cafe Provencal." - LF

"Being French myself and relearning the language, I love the connection at Cafe Provencal. The food is always excellent and I love the fact it is family owned. A true French characteristic." - cd

"One (French restaurant) that is surprisingly good is Cafe Provencal, which is not too far from the art center. You ought to try it" - BK@prodigy
