"We love Chinese food, and we went into Hunan when it first opened, way back when. The food was fantastic and they had some dishes none of the other places in town had. We go there as often as we can now. Whenever we have out-of-town company, this is the place we take them to. The cashew chicken is so beautiful to look at - like multicolored jewels with all the veggies. We love the 3-flavor chicken appetizer - its cold and the sauce is like a sweet/hot peanuty Thai flavor. The "Happy Family" pan-fried noodle plate is overflowing with chicken, beef & shrimp and all kinds of veggies & crisp noodles. We have never had a bad meal here, and we always recommend it to our friends for dinner. Lunches are cheaper, with huge bowls of great soup, and were a good way to try one kind of dish to see if you like it or not." - RH
