"EXCELLENT food with generous quantities! Substitutions never a problem. Priced right with many full meals under $10. Very friendly people....one of the best places to eat in TO. This is also one of the cleanest eateries around (and I'm picky!) Very well managed !!! I would never hesitate to suggest this location since it will only impress those who eat there, especially with their large menu (almost deli size) ......and moderate to low pricing. Get their early because they can get crowded around meal times, but even then, the wait is rarely longer than 15 to 20 minutes (they have a large number of tables and booths)." - CLL

"Mimi's Cafe continues to be one of my favorite restaurants with great food at very reasonable prices. I especially like their carrot bread, French Onion soup and Chinese Chicken Salad. In fact, they have recipes for all of these items online at their website. It's definitely worth checking out and so is their restaurant!" - rss
