"Papa Felipe's has excellent mexican food at a reasonable price. Most dishes are somewhere between $6 and $10, and all meals come with a basket of chips and some of their world-famous salsa. All of the dishes are excellent, and the nachos are highly recommended.
The atmosphere is reasonably good, but leaves a little bit to be desired. It can often get too noisy to speak at normal conversation level.
Service is excellent, always quick and friendly. Their servers seem to actually like their job, and it isn't uncommon have your food within ten minutes of placing your order. Drink refills come quickly as well." - JD
