My braised fennel and cumin chicken dish is a Moroccan inspired meal. It comes out melting tender. This delicious chicken is a hearty and healthy one-pot dish with intense mediterranean flavor. The couscous, fortified with spinach and fresh mint, adds texture and lots of good nutrients and minerals.
