This traditional shoyu ramen packs a ton of flavour with a few twists! It features pan-seared chicken thighs, in lieu of pork chashu and, instead of typical ramen noodles, noodles from heirloom black rice are used here. Studded with bok choy, corn and mushrooms, this meal is high protein, low calorie and low in both cholesterol and saturated fat.
