We use a light coconut milk and a lean, protein-packed, fork-tender, grass-fed brisket, which together provide a highly absorbable form of inert energy to your body. An excellent source of B-vitamins, this dish features the brightness of chiles, ginger, and lemongrass balanced with fragrant black sesame jasmine rice and earthy broccolini.
