Mac N' Cheese
w/ NY State Cheeses, Roasted Cauliflower, Roasted Kale and Pumpkin Seed Red Chili Crust
Every chef likes to play around with the basic comfort foods like Mac and Cheese and we’re no different. In this case we make sure to start with great local cheeses, grass-fed milk and butter and whole grain pasta. Then the obvious choice is to add healthy veggies! We roast the kale to bring out more flavor and then fold in steamed cauliflower. The pumpkin seed and chili crust are the coup de grace!
