Our tender, sirloin steak is marinated in homemade chimichurri, an Argentinean pesto made from fresh shallots, jalapeños, garlic and herbs, that doubles as a sauce. We pair this flavorful steak with roasted purple sweet potatoes, that are topped up with a yummy spice blend and full of anthocyanins. This is a steak dinner that's also rich in Vitamin C, B6 and B12!
