Spiced Lamb Meatballs

For me meatballs = love, and this dish is true-blue. Locally-sourced lamb plays very well with immunity boosting cumin, and the lycopene rich spiced tomato sauce is popping with end of the season sweetness. Our favorite superfood all-star kale takes takes the place of spinach in my version of the Indian classic “saag," and some couscous and a yogurt garnish round out this satisfying meal.
