American Lamb is always a little sweeter than its counterpart imported from NZ or Australia and it’s a really flavorful alternative to dish This dish celebrates with lively spices like Cardamom, ginger and turmeric that get their inspiration from Morroco- think Tagine!
We slow roast the lamb shoulder until it is falling-apart-tender and all the spices have blended well together. Served with healthy lentils and a brightly colored side of roasted cauliflower.
