How do you select the best yogurt?

Many types of yogurt are part of cuisines throughout the world. At WHFoods, we focus on yogurt that is made from the milk of grass-fed dairy cows. Grass-fed yogurt is a relatively new food in the U.S. marketplace, and grass feeding is a practice not yet familiar to all consumers.
